   GENERAL

 Real Name:
Cleo Pascal.
Alias: Death by Dawn. (She doesn't use it herself, named that by the public. She prefers Cleo.)
Meaning to Name: She attacks her victims at night, so their neighbors found them dead at dawn.
Nickname(s): Dawn, a shortened version of her alias.
 Age: 14.
 D.O.B: June 16, 1996.
 D.O.D: March 22, 2011.
 Birthplace: America.
 Language(s): English.
Voice: High pitched, feminine, and with an airy tone, especially when she question her victim's happiness.
Current Residence: Constantly moves to different locations.
 Gender: Female.
Species/Race: European (Caucasian), human corpse repossessed by her spirit.
 Status: Alive and active.
Cause of Death: Strangled herself in the belief that she was making herself happy. Further explanation in backstory.
 Alliance: None yet.
 Occupation: None.
Weapon(s): She chokes/strangles people with her scarf.
Method of Killing: First, she makes an appearance during the day to scout out someone who seems like they are unhappy. She follows them to their house, waits until night, and climbs through the window when they go to sleep. She sits on the edge of their bed and ties her scarf around their neck with a slight tug, waking them up. She asks them if they are happy, and no matter the answer, she pulls on the scarf with all the strength she can muster, slowly killing them.
Goal/Reason to Kill: She has a solid belief that all people are unhappy that life is moving so slow. She wants to make them happy.
Phrase: "Are you happy now?" She will ask this innocently in their last moments.
 Theme song: None yet.
Hobby(ies): Reading her books that unintentionally inspired her dark thoughts, walking around outside, and making others happy (she doesn't refer to her murder as a consequence, rather a reward).
Special Item(s): She wears a gray patterned scarf that her parents gave to her, which she also killed herself with. She uses it as her main weapon to free others. Her books could be counted too, but she doesn't carry them with her constantly.
Likes: Reading, being outside, flowers, new experiences, cute animals, bright colors, and seeing smiles on other people's faces.
Dislikes: Gore, small spaces, insects, darkness, loneliness, and negative attitudes.
Fear(s): Claustrophobia (Fear of confined places).
Personality: She is usually very peppy and hyperactive, an optimist you may call her. She would have been very friendly and outgoing, as she used to be, but her morals are twisted beyond repair. She switches topics often, and can be overwhelmed by large places.
 Backstory:

  • Childhood: Cleo was born with ADHD and schizophrenia, and had loving, but oblivious parents. As she grew older, Cleo began switching topics rapidly, stopping something to do another activity out of the blue, and interrupting other people with seemingly unimportant topics. Her parents never suspected a disease, but classified it as unruly behavior and started to tell Cleo that she shouldn't do that, otherwise she would get punished. Cleo continued to develop a hyperactive personality, but it was hard to capture her attention, which resulted in her parents taking Cleo out of school in hopes that they could homeschool her.
  • Adolescence/Teens: Cleo started to insult people for no reason and became rebellious, so her parents decided to punish her by grounding Cleo in her room. Amazingly, when she came out, she was docile for a while, until she gained her edge again. Her parents decided to lock Cleo in her room whenever she was rebellious. During this time of solitude, Cleo's previously dormant schizophrenia began to influence her behavior and thoughts, making her even more introverted and moody. After a few years of succeeding in this punishment technique, Cleo hit her mom, resulting in an instant banishment to her room. Her dad decided to put a few motivational books in Cleo's room, in hopes that Cleo would read them and realize the error in her way of thinking. The books described that to be successful in life, you should help others. Cleo wondered for a second if doing that would be tiring, and her schizophrenia acted up, telling herself that people are unhappy with doing good for their entire life, and to help others, it would be best to shorten their life so they have to do less work. Cleo, under that belief, decided that she would help her parents first. She walked out of her room, and apologized to her mom for hitting her. Her parents thought that Cleo had realized that she can be a better person, and had a peaceful day, which wasn't common. But all the while, Cleo was observing that the parents weren't smiling all the time, and that there were small bags under their eyes. So, during the night, Cleo climbed into her parent's bed, and asked them if they were unhappy with life. Her parents were confused, and said no. Cleo believed that they didn't want to dump their unhappiness on her, and that motivated her even more so to make them happy. So, she made them happy. Then, she wanted to make herself happy. So, she did. Cleo's spirit, wanting to make more people happy, repossessed her body, with a few changes. She isn't exactly human now, but isn't really a ghost either. She wanders from town to town, wearing a hat to disguise her discolored eyes, and long-sleeved clothes to keep her unnatural skin color to a minimum. She avoids all human contact, but when her job is done, she disappears like she was never there, moving on to somewhere else.
    • Adulthood: She doesn't age.
CreepyPasta Story: Work in progress. Will be done soon, though!

       FACTS/TRIVIA

     - In the process of killing, she removes her scarf to strangle you with, so you see the full creepiness of her in your final moments.
     - Despite being a killer, she doesn't like gore. Rather, she would prefer a clean death with minimal to no blood.
     - If you can truly prove that you are happy, there is a chance that Cleo will spare you. Though, the one person that did never saw her again. They were traumatized, losing the happiness that they had struggled to prove to her. Soon, Cleo came back for them, as she never leaves an unhappy person behind.
     - This chance is higher with children, rather than adults.
     - Further explaining to Cleo's alias, there has never been a victim of her's that was still alive by the moment the sun came up.

I would say a 10 year old is a little too young for a killer. Plus one that strangles people with only a scarf. Another thing is her stats are way to high (which makes her close to a mary sue, but for the uniqueness of the character is does help), even for an adult. For the weakness it would make sense if a child was smart but weak, its rare the other way around. Just some suggestions to keep in mind. I do really like the creativity in the character, and the concept is interesting.

Oh, I don't have the right ratios for stats, seeing as this is my first one. I'll consider your info and fix her, thank you!

For a first oc this is really impressive.
I would be careful on not making her over powered. Everyone does.
