Alright, so, here is some of the things that Cheshire attempted to do, to keep from being spotted and found by the Seeker, as she headed towards the waterfall.

First thing she did was ditch her scarf that represents her magic back at the shelter, since it would give away her position easily if she was trying to hid in the shadows.
Second, for the first time, she tries to use her magic to preform a camouflage spell, it obviously failed, and she as left shocked. So shocked, she might have, accidentally, drawn attention to herself from the Seeker. She had to do a lot of dancing around it, from behind the trees to eventually escape the area they both were in and head towards the hiding spot she wanted.
Third, she covers herself in some mud for the time being to help her blend into the surrounding trees, as to help keep the Seeker from seeing her if she happened upon it again.
Lastly, the most important step, was just to listen out for the Seeker. If she is able to hear it, it will be easier to get pass it, at a greater distance away from where it is. Since she can’t risk being seen, she relies on her hearing to get herself through.
That is all she has to focus on, is to get to the waterfall.

Now, inside the waterfall - It is just a small cavern with a lower level having smaller rocks, then with the upper level inside that has bigger rocks. But to climb up onto the upper level, it is extremely slick and slippery, so it might be hard to get up there anyways. But, while Cheshire explores she finds a tiny, little chamber that looks like it might be a tunnel, so she looks into and, yep sees a way out, so, if the Seeker does come on the Waterfall cave, she figures she has an escape route, just in case that it is difficult to dance around the Seeker, once again.
