it's the same with me - all my linear abstract works i submit i submit an invert to - with the pencil i use you don't get a white from the black you get a great silvery grey

I love your style. I particularly like the colour in this piece; it somehow seems both natural and deliberate at the same time. Your work is minimal yet intricate, and always beautifully balanced.

I found this piece [and you] through lj. I'd sincerely like to know if the actual artwork is for sale, or if you would consider selling it in the future.

i faved this before i really got to sit down and think about what it was that really got me.
i was looking it over, tumbling my thoughts about it-
and although it seems the inverted version is a lot more popular-
i really like this one the best out of the two.
it feels very raw, and theres a great sense of power to it.
i had a feeling it was dried blood in the piece,
which is think really adds a lot to the emotional and spiritual depth of the overall imagery.
asethetically, this is very beautiful.
it flows very well, the contrast in coloration is beautiful
and the natural variance in your very distinct medium is really wonderful.
i really love this piece, i think it could very well be my favorite of yours (that ive seen thus far.)
its very powerful, and ..... i cant even surmise how it tinges my gut and tears at my core.
i love it.

the red reminds me of dried blood, i don't know if that's a good thing or bad thing but i really like this image. it's got a good dynamic and the color is not over powering.

hehe, the story isn't that great. i was trying to build a white board model for a final presentation i think the fall semester of my junior year. so i am building this thing and i realized i missed a cut in an assembled peice, so i go to cut it and the knife slips and i gash my finger, so then blood on my model. i had to wait till it dried and cover it up with white out.
