I apologize to bother, but I've attempted to download a few of your pattern demos, and noticed that almost all of their zippy files have expired. I was wondering if there was some other way to download them?

Hi, unfortuanately Oblitor closed sales, and not available. Maybe he will release free full version if poked enough.

Thank you for the swift reply, I apologize for my late one.
Are you not him? Also, what do you mean by poking?
I am sorry to send more questions. Hope you are having a good day though!

Has anyone been able to make a pony from this pattern? I purchased it, but can't understand the instructions. They are all over the place!

Yep, many people written to me, showing me the results. Some were quite good. I think there was Polish lady that did it best, but I have no time to look for it.

Oblitor In reply to SalamiPants [2012-11-01 07:01:55 +0000 UTC]
Yeah, the endings can go up a bit, which is annoying.
- less material seam allowance
- you can try perpendicular pins setting at the beginning and end of sewing
- you can start those difficult parts by hand (back stitch) - [link] and connect them with machine

Hey, I just ordered you tutorial on Etsy, and I was wondering, I'm getting it per email?

Oblitor In reply to Yuukon [2012-10-17 20:14:29 +0000 UTC]
Yes, you would get it both on e-mail and etsy inbox. Did you used the electronic cheque option? It would take a while to arrive on my account.

Once it's totally finished I will =3 This was just me testing the pattern (I do it with all of them to figure it out before I use good fabric). over all, i love how simple the body is, and how great it looks!

Hm. I feel like the hooves are a little small, but maybe I'm just crazy. Not a big deal anyways ;D Is there any need to scale this?
👍: 0 ⏩: 1
Oblitor In reply to SalamiPants [2012-10-10 12:39:08 +0000 UTC]
Hooves are ok. Pattern is scaled, and pretty big (48cm high, and up to 70cm long with tail), so it can't be printed on A4. You can try scaling all elements down if you want smaller plush. Or use big printer. Proportions are real there. I have added ruler to every pattern to allow you see the scale.

Ahh, that makes sense. i just printed it regular first to test it, then i'm going to blow it up and make a big one =3

I have a stupid question. I have never made a MLP plushie ever, with this tutorial, can you use a different material for the body or does it have to be that material? does this go step by step for the noobs who are dumb like me? lol
👍: 0 ⏩: 1
Oblitor In reply to Leegeta [2012-10-07 16:57:52 +0000 UTC]
Hi. The best materials are those that are not too stretchy, and not too stiff. The thickness is most important factor. Thick materials are harder to sew. Thin materials need special stitching. The tutorial goes step by step, like demo version show (did you download it?). I would also provide some support if you get stuck. Don't worry about being newbie: [link] that is how my first plush looked like

Oh my gosh thank you so much! I thought I would never learn how to make Rainbow's tail 3D.. I read the demo over how to do it but I'm still a bit confused though.. I'll just have to keep reading it c: Thank you so much for sharing.

Oblitor In reply to Fallenpeach [2012-10-07 02:45:46 +0000 UTC]
Thank you for feedback This part is a little tricky, for materials must be preattached with pins with right sides touching themselves. And you have to change pins position twice, because getting them perpendicularly from the beginning may not nail the position well enough.
