The Mondd'Paahkall'Uh were discovered by the Shyl whom were beginning mining of the gas giant named Wes, the Mondd'Paahkall'Uh had intelligence similar to dolphins untill the Shyl lifted them up into thair culture the Shyl also noted that the only moon of Wes was actually a derelict starship from a long dead race leading the Shyl to believe the Mondd'Paahkall'Uh might have been spacefaring at one point but ended up on wes.
