Description
I did this sketch on the cruise ship /Zuiderdam/ in the Carribbean a few years ago. Room service was included, so many a night were spent wandering the decks, drawing on the promenade deck, or playing games with my stepbrother and a slice of chocolate cake.

My friends and I played a Mage: The Ascension game where we began as ourselves in the (then) present and ran amok as mages. It was a lot of fun, and this was me and my giant spider avatar. I was an Orphan with no Tradition, so my Paradigm was the use of weaving patterns to create different spell effects. Hence my weapon of choice was a bullwhip with blades and I always had spare thread and unfinished spells bound around my arms and waist. There was a funky artifact embedded in my brain, you can see it there on my forehead.

This is the campaign that lead to the infamous "Lawnmower Explosion" incident, an illustration of which can be found among my other Scraps.
