Great piece! Has a sort of Nile-dwelling-monitor-lizard-man feel to it. Quite unique! It's given me inspiration for the lizard-men in my RPG setting. You sir, have my fav for this one!

The crocodile man is great in his ferocity.Β AlthoughΒ with the Egyptian false beard is sort of a mind bender.Β I never did understand how those things would work for humans either!Β Some really sticky honey, I suppose...

Luv how different this is from the painfully common lizardman, this one looks majestic while retaining the reptilian awesomeness (things don't need to be pretty to be majestic)
Another point I like is how the armour isn't European style but still is made to look majestic.
