Wow I come back to DA and see that I got like millions of favs and comments!!! Thank you so much guys! I'll try to reply to everyone
I wanted to modify the Medic's outfit because as much as I love his original design in game, I really don't enjoy drawing that white coat at all. That and I decided to experiment a little with Steampunk TF2.

I particularly like how you handled his facial expression and his body language from his thighs upward. The heels are a little odd, however, as though he has a mild case of bowed legs.
