Late entry, but eh... guess why xD
I underestimated scales. I am pretty proud of how this turned out, but dang I underestimated those SCALES xD
Well! Charizard for <3 I still see a few small errors, but for my first try doing these SCALES I think it turned out decent... xD and my hand is dead, so eh xD
