I'm having a really terrible time lately and art, as always, is taking the brunt of it. Art should be a source of comfort and solace when things are so bad, but instead art is causing it's own problems and adding to my stress. Projects aren't cooperating, things aren't working and rendering everything out is being an absolute nightmare (and still isn't finished!) I have a queue of 10 projects, all in varying stages of completion, so this is the first one that I can mark off as finished.

The concept behind this project was a fun challenge between my friend and I. She created a scene with the Millawa 8 character and I though it only fair that I counter it with a Juan Carlos 8 image, since the two characters share the Cyberpunk theme. It was a fun little project to work on, plus with the extra fun-factor of using a lot of stuff I've never used before. Less fun was the headache of needing to render this twice because there were flaws that I didn't notice until I had the final render in Photoshop and was zoomed in at 100% to work. This project also inspired another project, but that one is proving to be an absolute NIGHTMARE to render out with DS maxing out my VRAM.

3D composition was completed on 31 March, 2022. The scene was first rendered on 31 May, 2022, but there were problems that needed to be corrected. The final render was redone on 11 July, 2022. Postwork was completed on 18 July, 2022.
