Description Ok! So. Took a few days off this week, so I finally had some time to sit down and do something that's been requested numerous times, but I haven't really had the time to sit and work on. This is the first sequential work I've done since 2007, and it should provide a bit of an explanation that bridges the gap between regular Sheeri and MegaSheeri (as she's been fan-tagged a few times). Basically the shift between forms is the result of the years of training that she would've undergone in order to wear the Helm of Artias, and her alt form is something she calls upon when needed. This strikes a good balance between two camps of Sheeri fans: those who like her traditional form, and those who prefer her megaform. EVERYBODY WINS I AM A GENIUS. Anyhow, now there's a bit of baseline info to fall back on whenever people wonder just what in the hell is going on, which is often.

She still looks adorable in frame one though, huh?

*As noted below, thanks to EccentricGentleman for the genesis of this concept.

Normal or Mega.....She's adorable in any form.

This is actually giving me an idea on how to incorporate this in her Super Heroine identity.
when I get more time during my commission break in April or so I'll work on it more.

With your permission of course.^^

And her face, that's the Sheeri I know and love.   She and Morgalla should have a posedown someday.  lol

Yes, yes she does, and it's the first time  I've been interested  in Polymer City again in years.

Super-ultra-beefcake characters always  felt like a cheat to me,  smelled a bit too strongly of Mary-Sue-ism when they have literally no weaknesses,  no flipside to their imperviousness.  That she's now constrained  to something of a spiritual battery is wonderful to hear, it's the weaknesses that make heroes relatable.

Well, a smart heroine isn't going to tell you her weaknesses, but that doesn't mean I won't. I have to consider the overall ability levels of characters within the PCC baseline so as not to make any one particular individual noxiously overwhelming. A few parameters for Sheeri:

- The transformation increases strength, stamina and overall toughness but she's far from invulnerable. To that end she's not even bulletproof, though increased endurance means that she can take a helluva lotta hits before she slows down. Fortunately her training in the Path of the Protector provides the knowledge to use her gems defensively, and she can call upon a type of force-reactive shielding in any of her physical states. Since she's still a neophyte, she's better at accessing the power than controlling it; because super strength and shielding are drawn from the same power source and she hasn't quite learned how to multitask efficiently, the shield is significantly more powerful in her normal state than her megaform. Essentially, when transformed, she loses a significant amount of defense in exchange for offensive ability and superhuman strength.

- The Prime Crystal that acts as the charging focus for her gemstones is located in the Urusai capital; recharging requires a return to New Urus and approximately a week of meditation in its direct presence. Once charged, the gems can power her abilities from anywhere from a week to several months depending on the frequency and duration the transformation. As with most batteries, the longer the duration of a single use, the faster that power reserve is drained.

- The Path of the Protector is primarily a defensive discipline that places high value on the sanctity of life; as such, the priestess who walks that path cannot use her abilities in an aggressive manner. While interpretations of this discipline's parameters vary from priestess to priestess, the long and short of it is that Protectors don't start fights, but they do finish them. Any priestess judged to have wandered outside the boundaries of the code will be denied access to the Prime Crystal that powers her abilities, be excommunicated from the Church, and subsequently lose access to their powers. Excommunications of this type are extremely rare, having happened a mere three times throughout Urusai history; in one circumstance, the priestess found an alternative power source. Fatalities caused by Protectors are unusual but not unheard of; while they do not seek to kill and prefer to subdue their opponents, there have been instances where failing to eliminate an aggressor would lead to immediate widespread casualties among the innocent. One exception to this guideline involves the undead (which seem to pop up a rather uncomfortable amount of times in documented Urusai history), which by definition are already anti-life.

- Because of her inexperience her megaform requires consciousness to maintain; her body will revert to its normal state during REM sleep or if knocked unconscious. Also, while her body mass and weight increase dramatically from the transformation, she only gains about an inch or two in overall height, mostly due to improved posture and skeletal reinforcement.

- Her abilities are amplified by traditional Urusai battlegear (currently under design) customized exclusively for her; inlaid with gemstones of its own, the gear provides a few extra perks including flight, increased elemental resistance, and some small degree of life support/regeneration.

well that sounds exciting too, but I still go back and read the early archives now and again.

as a lifter, and a lady, I have a special place in my heart for Andrah, she was one of the reasons, way back in the day that I started lifting. sadly, ive never reached her beautiful size, but ill sure keep trying!

I don't see a lot of work from you here? is it cos you post your new stuff somewhere else? or just that beauty, and perfection, and that wit so dry, take , like all masterpieces, time..?
