I see vestiges of Tetsuko by DavidCMatthews in the hair. The rest of her is pretty massive, and nicely done.

Fun Fact: Electric eels store their charges in specialized muscle blocks within their bodies. Thus, a lightning super with big muscles actually makes practical sense.
I love the amount of detail on this piece. Reminds me a lot of the comics of my youth. I really like her expression as well. Confident and slightly amused, with a casual air that's quite compelling.
