So apparently Lindy and Shaz are a couple - nobody keeps me in the loop on any of this stuff so I'm just as surprised as anyone. I guess after Lindy retired from globetrotting she finally had time to pursue a relationship and ended up dating her personal trainer...she's in her 40s now so I suppose she figured out she needed to kick back and do something for herself while she still had time.I know, right? I mean, I KINDA knew - all-female zeppelin crew and all that - but y'know, it's none of my business.
Also Shaz got a rose tattoo.
Drew this in May for Pride month but never got a chance to finish it until now because I haven't quite been in my usual art groove - so I set it aside. I wanted to look at the contrasts between Shaz who is younger, thicker, and has an off-season build vs Lindy who's older, slimmer, and has a more defined physique. Lindy's quite a bit shorter than she appears here - she's on an aerobic step to get closer to Shaz' height.

They look so happy together, I love how Shaz has a more off-season look while Lindy is ripped.

I wanted a lot of contrast between them since they're both different fitness types. Lindy is more about upper body/back strength as she gets older so she can still carry her implants around - Shaz is younger and more about as much size as she can get. She's also superhuman, whereas Lindy is not.

Good call; it's good to build things up before just setting them loose. I love that trick as it helps the audience stay seated for more and even imagine their own theories and assumptions and then see their faces when one half's fan-theories are right while the other's wrong but both are awestruck af.
