I'm personally a Jaune X Pyrrha guy, and I like Ren X Nora like you, and I also like Velvet X Yatsuhashi for some reason.

I just think they'd look really good together.  Plus, since Yatsuhashi is so tall, and Velvet is kind of short.  It would make for a cute but awkward kissing moment.
