There's a lot of fanart and unofficial Cell Max art out there. Colors are off. I think there are spots on his forearm. I used the Smei-Perfect Cell as the base and added Elements of Perfect Cell, mainly the wings. I went to the DragonBall Wiki and i used that Cell Max as a reference.
