Don't take it the wrong way but I actually love how masculline her jawline looks in the first two. 
Is that something you did to the model or in photoshop?

The first two are after throwing her through Photoshop, and I've always wanted a more defined square'ish face for her than the belf one!
Only just learned to use Photoshop so wanted to test it out : x
It's by no means perfect, but still learning!
