Here's a TF commission for CakebatterBossmonster, of their OCs being transformed into a unique-looking Primarina and Gardevoir! This was my first time working with softer colors and a new method of hair texture, lemme know how it looks!

This was also my first time illustrating hypnosis kisses, it's a bit spicier than what I usually do, but I hope it turned out well!
