Description
"Cadence" is the number of revolutions per minute that your pedals make.. I'm a chunderblundercyclist so, my cadence is lower than some. I'm "spinning" super fast and almost crossing my "redline" when I hit 100rpm's .. most cyclists are comfortable at around 90 to 95rpms so they can push it to 110 to 120.

But here we have Kadence on my Kestrel.. a quick outtake from Saturday's shoot with this awesome and expressive teen model. She's just getting started with modelling and already has an impressive portfolio.. and incredible, unique, look.
