Vaggie finds her to nervous to leave Roger's house as a 10 foot tall woman after the Giant Maker releases her and Charlie and Gloria into the land of the living.

The trouble for Vaggie is being in a tiny room quickly upsets and stresses her out causing her to grow faster and cases her to demand more food which causes her to grow faster.

To add to this Agent One and Two from D.H.O.R.K.S. are poking around and are not to thrilled about the presence of a 16 foot tall girl in a guy's living room eating and watching TV.

Mayhem then breaks out when suddenly Vaggie has a massive growth spurt that causes her to smash out of the house into a 60 foot tall girl.

Soon a few minutes later dozens of tanks and trucks and troops and police in uniforms show up in the front yard of the house.

Charlie runs out into the front yard and yells at the tanks you are not going to blow apart my friend Vaggie! She might of grown to over 60 feet tall but she did not harm anyone and you are not going to blow her apart.

The Officer in charge says Mam this has gotten out of you must must be visiting what is known as the Grass Fend of Milton Street's home also known as Roger.

That monster Roger he rarely cuts his grass and rarely cuts his bushes causing them to get not 1 inch above the maximum but two inches and if he feels really dirty with his tall grass fetish he lets it get over 3 inches taller then what is allowed by the Home Owners Association.

Charlie said, "Well I mean are we talking about grass that people smoke in that well as far as I know Roger I don't recall ever seeing him smoke or make references to drugs.

The Officer said, "Oh we have a limit of two weed plants per household in this neighborhood. It's that Roger is a bit shady when it comes to letting his grass grow wild in the yard?
