Description
A random city inhabitants that living within the Exclusion Zone found a random feral cat among the city ruins while a tank behind her is taking fire while the weather there is raining. That's the best description I could write for this.This one is an old art that I forgot to post, I drew this 2 months ago.
In the recent drawings I've posted before, many of them contains something related to rain.
