EternitySky Building, Osaka
(this is an escalator which crosses between the two towers inside a glass tube. I can see my house from it... 10 miles away. It's quite high.)

It's sort of diagonal... normal to steep escalator angle.
Though now you say that I can see how it could look horizontal too.
