Trying to decide whether to name his Cotton or HiccupHis ability is when he Hiccups, his fluffy tail absorbs all the sound waves withing a certain radius of him rendering everything mute until he hiccups again
Just something fun I came up wih, I wanted to do stubby hands and feet and this boy was born
