This was photographed with a Canon EOS 300D DIGITAL as can be seen in the Details section of the Deviation. It's a 6 Mp camera.

too central, for my taste.
it gives it the sense of unstillness.
the ice is pressing too much the border.

Looks like fat ice cyclops is taking sun bath. It's beautyful.

Wow. It almost seems as though it has a light source inside it that's softly glowing. Beautiful find and you've captured it perfectly. The lighting is perfect as is the framing. One interesting thing about this that i love is the way the shadow under it makes it appear as though it is hovering slightly above the ground. The dramatic sky is a plus as well. Beautiful once again Arngrímur.

Visuellement le glacier n'est pas très loin des nuages, surtout au niveau des couleurs. Belle prise de vue.
Visually the ice is not very far from clouds, especially at the level of colours. Beautiful recording.

Oh man, you have no idea how much I envy you for a landscape like yours. This landscape and nature is so pure and rough, I love it. I wish I could visit Iceland once. Great image, very impressive.

nice one...
what if you do a vertical shooting, tilt your camera downwads and include the iceberg as the foreground, but just as a small part of the frame?
coz i reckon the backround view looks very nice here..
good job anyway..

The slab of ice and the sky go so well together. The lighting is awesome as well, how the ice appears to be quite well lit yet it's creating a really dark shadow. Great shot.
PS: I'd love to go to Iceland, you're very lucky!!

Thank you.
This one was not very big, the length was about 4 meters and the height about 1,5.
