Serious doesn't get a lot of sleep, generally he sees it as a unnecessary thing that is more like a waste of time then anything. So when he does get some sleep the last thing you want to do is wake him up. Let alone with an alarm clock. While that is wiser than going in there and waking him up yourself.. these days my mom puts a pot of tea on to boil and lets it whistle until I get up
