Think about it this way! We're four pages in and somebody is already getting shot! SOUNDS LIKE A GOOD START TO A STORY TO ME!!

BTW I like your blur effect. Are you doing that by duplicating and manipulating the layers? Or by using some sort of tool?

Kinda a mix of a lot of things.
For the blur effects asside from the being shot one, I took the portion I wanted to blur and duplicated it onto a second layer, then used the photoshop filter for 'blur' and 'more blur'.
As for the panel with him being shot, I duplicated Wellam's body made a second layer lowering the opacity and positioning it just off of the original. Taking a soft eraser with a lowered opacity as well I erased away from the parts that I wanted to give more attention to. The face, his abdomen, really anything in the 'middle' of him. And then after that Applied a light blur effect to a few portions via the blur tool.

It does! Thank you for taking the time to explain all that. Sounds like a lot of playing around with different effects. But I really do like the idea of duplicating the layer and positioning it off center from the original. I wouldn't have thought of that!
