So as you might imagine Archer loves talking to people, and or bothering a few specific people. Serious to his 'pleasure' is one of them.
Archer enjoys bothering him just a tad bit too much, then again the pirate is down for almost anything to get a laugh. Even pissing off the fiery tempered doctor in order to not get too bored when things get slow around the base.
