I D REW A BAB I GOT FROM A FRENN !!So This is inspired by Snow miser and he is a jester as his brother (who is like heat miser and is a clown) and I have to say clowns and jesters do not get along with each other so even if they are brothers they don't get along due to being clown/jester
And y es he does have ice abilities but isn't made out of ice, his skin is just ice cold.
