Got a Angel plushie yesterday and my love for Lilo and Stitch has been reignited!!I had this concept sketched in pen for a while now and only today did I redo it cleaner. At the time, I was trying out making experiments based on other characters. If you didn't know, this one was based off of Clair from Pokemon.
I really like it ^_^ Idk what to call her or what her power could be, but I still love nonetheless!!

I instantly got an icey feel, so maybe make her the opposite of melty and she breaths frost breath to instant freeze things and give frostbite? Could also make her ability that she continuously cools the temperature turning the planet into an ice ball/creating ice ages.
She is adorable and I love her contrasting wings!
