Imagine if Android 21 Encountered Cell (Before Perfect Form), Cell would question why there is another Android. But if it was this dimension, Bertha would be warn 21 about Cell in his Imperfect/First Form that he will absorb instead of 17 & 18. Although if it was Evil/Hunger 21 who encounters Imperfect Cell she would probably will eat him. (Not sure if would be as scrumptious like his Perfect form).
