I think there's some definite improvement in this picture. I'm like how this turned out. This picture took about 1-2 hours, without rushing(a bad habit of mine), and was done with a normal everyday mechanical pencil.The only few things that bug about this picture are compostion and some anatomy problems.
Composition:
This picture is very bland and not that exciting to look at. Her pose is too n00b looking, of course I still am very much a n00b to drawing Anime. I think this picture looks way too still and energiless(lawl that's probably not a word).
Anatomy:
Something just bothers me about her jawline, neck placement, and her overall torso area. I can't figure out what it is though.
I may or may not color this picture(OMFG it takes forever to color anything well on photoshop IMO), depending on if I decide that it's worth taking the time to color.
Constructive critiques very much welcomed. I'm really wanting to get better, so don't be afraid to show some tough love. But DO NOT give unhelpful flames, because that's just really unhelpful, unkind, and unproductive.

Hmmm... It looks pretty good really. Her torso-shape adds the effect that she's leaning back and really looks alright, especially if she is supposed to be a young girl. (think about 12 or something). 
What bothers me is *still* the eyes. There's nothing really WRONG with them, but still something bugs me. I can't really tell what. Here, maybe one of these will help? [link] [link] [link] [link]

Ooh thank you thank you thank you for the links. I'm actually really glad that you're giving an honest opinion, which is much more helpful. I can't get better at drawing if I don't know what to work on. Thank you very much, for the critique too. I don't feel offended at all, so don't worry about it. In performing arts, you always have something to perfect, which is the new mind set I've been drawing with lately. ^ ^ Again thank you for the links and the help.

Thank you, I've been trying to draw with more neatness and precision, rather then sketching and scribbling carelessly, which is a real bitch to clean up on the computer ^ ^
