Sadly don't know too much about the Adventure Time show but will say the characters are always around DA including this Ice Queen who keep hearing she's a Rule 63 of another evil character, wonderful!
Hats off to maniacpaint for what was done with the lines and even more to your own effects with the dark blue and other various areas of shading that your did to show off that evil presence of her character.
Like the way you thought to touch up the eyes with the ominous white glow, like some character seen out there the glow always makes you think twice before getting too close to them, lol.
See the mist your talking about Odd and rather like it, show off a sense of power and again creepy glow coming her. While do make out some points of some smudging still going to say its a nice effect and it adds to her quite well.
Keep up the coloring Odd, doing grand!

thanks dude, much apreciate it... in fact you are right about the eyes, that was my intention.
About the mist, it was because when you watch carefully a frozen object (example an ice cube) it appears that it has a kind of vapor comming out of it.

If you don't mind this crab asking, how did you manage that effect of the glow in the first place? Tried it a few times with my own program but it make everything look blurry and so opposite of the intended effect. o0o
Oh wow that is pretty neat, sorry not to catch on that before, guess gotta open up to the Adventure Time show, even if the humor on it is really, really weird. ^o^

Ok, in a layer, use white color with 38% of opacity, after that, use the tool named smudge Tool with an opacity of 54% and use it in a side of the circle and star. There will be the effect

Thanks for sharing that info there Odd, can't tell you how many times its difficult to ask someone how they do small effect with their pic. Its like asking them for their credit card information or something, lol.
