When you want details and have got some patience: yes try it!!
Ehm the leads I use are from faber castell and pentel (ain stein), the pencil you put the lead in (don't know how to call those haha) is based on what you like to hold. I prefer the rotring ones!
The leads I use differ from HB to 4B and 0,2mm to 0,5mm!
