Awesome design, I love everything that even slightly reminds of Cthulhu.

Well this one is obviously a bit Lovecraft inspired and loosely takes its shape from the caduceus. But other than that nothing in particular, just years of metal related imagery burned into my subconscious and trying to find my own style within it.
