how did you get that film grain photo blurr nostalgic effect?

I blurred background a bit and used lens correction filter but other than that it's just a brush

In this day of age, its a shame instagram photos look so good when they are so gimicky. I'll try lens correction filter in Photoshop! hopefully it comes with enough variation to it that I can actually control how it performs.
Oh and, I simply adore the colour palette you used here! very warm, very mellow!
