He runs the hardware store at one end of Via Della Luce, in Trastevere, Rome .. when he felt like it .. or he'd be eating grapes and offering them to passers-by (and they were delicious) .. or, like this day, playing the blues ..When i'm really old, I want to be this man ..

and if i should ever tire of that retirement, i'll become one of the old darbuka players, somewhere in the streets taksim, istanbul .. drinking honey tea and raki, and enjoying the occasional baklava ..
