We wanted to tie in the modern interruption with the old lore and thus we came up with this.

I really love your Loki design! He's my favorite Norse god. While I do have my own version of Loki that's based more of my interpretation of the mythos, I've been concerned to draw him because I'm afraid people will compare him to Marvel's Loki. I am a fan of Tom Hiddleston and how he portrays Loki, but my Loki is different. Long story short, I find this piece very inspirational for my art, and your technique is divine!

Just a question - is the game based/related to Marvel? Because that's obviously a higly unrealistic Marvel design and if you ever want to publish this game you might be accused of a ripoff.

Its not related to marvel and we actually didnt use anything from marvel as a base concept... so thank you for your concern but we will be fine. Marvel in fact used their concept for what Loki should like based off norse mythology as did we.
