Description
Two rules at the prison Hagen was a guard at had a fun intersection:
- Afternoon lockdown is at 5pm; cell doors will lock and inmates must stay inside their cells until lockdown ends at 6pm.
- Any inmate in a restricted zone must wear restraints at all times.

This inmate missed the 5pm deadline to be in her cell. Cell doors don't open for an hour once they're locked, so she had to stay outside. But inmates are required to be in their cells for lockdown, meaning anywhere outside of their cells is a restricted zone for the duration of lockdown. Meaning Ms. Punctuality here got to spend an hour sitting outside her cell in handcuffs and legirons. Hagen had other things to do besides babysit her, so he let her know he'd be watching on the cameras to make sure she didn't get up and left her to think about her time management skills.
