a very anime esque Dune sketch. Sufficient to prompt my coworker to ponder what anime it might be from, even after I told him who it was, and from what.

The absence of shading or color on the face is stylistic, but also symbolic. A friend of mine, in observing the consistent presence of one Dune character throughout the body of the narrative posited an interesting theory.
In any case, Idaho has always been highly likeable, a sort of island of humanity amidst all these monolithic mythic beings and massive passages & transitions.
