It has become highly apparent to him that he dances on a razor's edge - the people who hurt him weren't the Russians as he had been led to believe, but an occult Thule society active within the Reich itself. They'd be quite interested to discover the whereabouts of the escapee from the Great War; but Nikolai has no interest in allowing this to happen.

Problem is, he's running out of time.

*There is a reason for the frequent state(s) of undress (besides bloody fanservice): whenever he undergoes the Cernunnos transformation, the deity tends to run amok however the hell it pleases. Which ruins clothes, and often results in various physical injury. The scars tend to weep blood as well, which again, ruins clothes. If you're trying to keep that little detail about yourself hidden, then you best not be visiting the physician or tailor frequently, if ever!
