It's obviously that Manilla Qubit looks like very similar than Vanellope Von Schweetz, but homewer I have heard complaints and they ask me to redesign the model to avoid lawsuits because they have the same base body.
I can't for now make such a sacrifice, I can only highlight the differences between both characters beyond the visual part.
