Does this ever remind me of something.

After moving to another state, I stayed with my cousin for the first few weeks until I found a job and apartment.

At the time this area had a lot of factories so the only job I could get was a mind-numbing, spirit-crushing, brain-melting job in a factory. (She had talked me into moving there by claiming that in her area Good Jobs awaited behind every door and wall, but that's another story. )
With my sole remaining brain cell and the single spark of creativity the place had overlooked, I wrote a poem describing it. In short, I said the factory made machines all right; it made machines out of PEOPLE!

When I excitedly read it to her, she jabbed her fat and elegantly manicured finger in my face and snapped that I was "letting" that happen.

To her, every single thing was a matter of "letting." (I suppose a serial killer's victims must also be at fault for "letting" the serial killer murder them. )

Before long I realized that whenever I dared describe that waking nightmare as anything other than endlessly fascinating and thrilling, a bellylaugh every single minute, I got an earful. She claimed she had worked in a factory herself and was "never bored."

I'd say it says more about HER if she can find factory work so endlessly fascinating.

When and if you ever get back... would you care to share the reason you've been banned?!

Say!
Are you tired of folks with brains and hearts causing trouble but you need workers in your factories?
People with hearts and brains seem to be such a pain!
Yeah they are a dying breed but they are still around.
Want to build a new factory and they are at the construction site protesting!
Want to dump toxic waste in the oceans and they are there in their ships screaming "Save the oceans" or "Save the whales" or some such nonsense.

Well there is a solution!
We at Chenobyl Manufacturing have perfected the perfect worker!
Obediant, hardworking and cheerful, these guys or gals will do what you want with nary a qualm.
Harpoon baby seals, cut down trees and tramp through toxic waste with no complaints and no messy lawsuits afterwards. If they get damaged and can't do their work, hit the self destruct button and off they go. Dispose of them any way you want and get another. Can work em to death with low wages and not have to worry about them protesting or worse unionizing.

How do we do it?
Well you don't want to know, um really, you don't want to know.

So if you want higher profits and lower expenses due to pensions and healthcare, you know where to go for the perfect worker. So ask for the Workertrons from Chernobyl Manufacturing and watch those profits roll in!

Well done picture.

I like what you've done with the background in this one
the sun and the trees and the clouds make a good contrast to the factory
its saddens me tho
the vibrant beauty of the forests will soon be overcome when the cold monotoned factory expands due to supply in demand
cuz there is no more room in china for the factories
look u can see they have already started
you show me this by showing half the background as the same monotone as the factory
we must hold onto this last bit of nature while we have the chance
we are such a suicidal race
but the problem is its not suicide
its a homocidal suicide
no its worse
its a lifeicidal suicide
we humans will destroy life
unless we can use our intellegence to fix up our mess we created
but first we must stop war
we must stop hating ourselves
like how you can't love someone else until you love yourself
....
so thats y you shouldnt vote in bush and the like

heh, you know - i must have missed this comment in my message bank, because I in all honesty don't remember seeing this. It only popped up just now, the exclaimation-marked-deviant sticking out quite well.

anyway, cheers for the long, drawn out, seemingly off-topic comment - you're a lunatic ;), Eric.
but, a funny lunatic. ;D

Note - why were you banned, eh? (I guess I'll never know, unless you're unbanned)...

Oh no - I clicked the submit button too early!

I shall continue here - Or just finding out about them out of interest.
And I especially like going through disruptive deviant's activities, or banned deviants activities and watching their disfunction for laughs - It's hilarious!

Eheheheh, you are now among the enlightened. ;)
Yes very useful for tracking people, stalking them - or in my case finding out about people and their personality before I interact with them because I'm scared of them turning around and going, 'Oh my god, you're a dork! Fuck off, Cuntface!'.
