Description
This was for an assignment in my Photoshop class in which we were supposed to create an image based on our "fantasy". My backstory for this is crap but basically this is VERY loosely based on Erudite mythos (a race in a world setting I'm working on). It was originally intended to depict an "invisible"/stealthed character and an illusion he created, and an arcane warrior. The full backstory is a bit complicated so I'll just leave it at that.References:
Dragons about = Illusion character
Immortal Taylor 09 = Warrior character
Spidey Taylor = Stealthed character
Taylor the Mage 1 = Mage character - addition unrelated to backstory
002 nighty trees = Background

That beam coming out of ( your? ) hands, if it was done on a different layer, theres something that would give it a cool glowing effect...If you select the beam layer in the layer palette, change the blending mode from "normal" to either "colour dodge" or "linear dodge" and you'll see it goes a bit brighter, as if its giving off its own light.
They sometimes do similar in shows like Dragon Ball Z, which is why the beams have that awesome neon effect
