By commissioning me you agree to these terms and conditions.
Basic Terms:
- I have the right to refuse to take on any commission in which I feel is too complicated or beyond my abilities.
- Prices are not negotiable. Please consider the fact that in order to get high quality shannon minky I have to purchase through a website. Minky alone is upwards of $16 a yard and that doesn't include the cost to have it shipped to me. Nice quality embroidery thread is also not cheap, each spool is between $4 and $6 and it takes at least 5 different colors to do the eyes plus the colors needed for the cutie mark. There is also a lot of time and labor that goes in to making each plush.
- I don't mind you checking on the status of your commission or asking for a couple of WIP pictures. I do however have an issue with what may be harassment. Please do not repeatedly send me messages. I will always keep you updated and send you photos as I go along. Repeatedly sending me messages takes away from the time I could be working on your plush or someone else's.
Quotes:
- Quotes are good for 30 days. After 30 days you will need to contact me again for a new quote. When asking for a quote please provide me with clear large reference photos. If you have specific marking, eyes or accessories please make sure you have a clear reference picture.
Payment:
- All payments can be made through paypal.
- I require a 50% deposit before I will start on your commission.
- This deposit is non-refundable once I have started working on your commission. If I have no begun working on your commission I can issue a refund minus the cost of any materials that were purchased.
- The final 50% is due after I have finished your plush and have posted pictures in my gallery for you to see.
Shipping:
- I ship priority 2 day mail within the USA.
- I am not responsible for lost or damaged plushies once they leave my hands. It is your responsibility to purchase insurance to cover lost or damaged items.
- Priority mail comes with a tracking number and insurance but the insurance only covers up to $50.
- Insurance can be purchased for an additional cost.
Construction Time:
- Construction of a plush can take anywhere from 1 week to 1 month depending on the complexity of the character and how many commissions I have.
- Commissions will be completed in the order they were received.
- If someone pays in full up front there commission will be worked on first.
- Please keep in mind that while I would love to work on plushies all day I have a family that I need to spend time with as well.
- I do not ship or work on major holidays as these are days that my family also has off and I would like to spend that time with them.

This may seem like an odd question, but I've done it before with other plush makers with great success, so I figure it doesn't hurt to ask others. What if the commissioner purchased the material they'd like their pony made out of and ship it to you? Would that reduce the overall price of the plush?
