Ghosts remain on Earth coz they have, you know, regrets right? at least, that's what i think... And also, there's a Biblical belief that Souls stay on the Purgatory where they are cleansed or are given further missions as guardians... That makes sense, right? Maybe either of those are the reason why BJC stays on Earth... (sorry for the rambling... )

There's chance of him being murdered because of his large amount of followers/fans, so there's obviously gotta be some people who dislike him.
