A very experimental commission for my friend Hoshi-no-Tsubaki of her Flight Rising dragon, Soleil. I had a blast with this one. It's inspired by ancient Egyptian wall murals, but more colorful and dragon-y, lmao. Soleil is a minor goddess and has a lot of sunny symbolism which is perfect for an ancient Egyptian style drawing.I'm definitely gonna add this as a commission type when I open my shop back up. I've got a larger piece featuring two of my FR dragons in this same style that I'll eventually finish and upload.
