The actual photo has the correct contrast and colour, unfortunately when i uploaded it somehow it lost the correct colours. i have tried to correct it but not with much luck.

Awesome, the wheat looks great, did you have to make any colour adjustments? Also, nice new framing method, though I almost didn't notice the transparency, maybe a little too opaque!

Well yes, It's black and white - so i'd say thats a pretty extreme colour adjustment. Apart from that i just fiddled the contrast.
