I like everything about it except the purple tint.

Suffice to say i've had difficulty eliminating said tinting.

because when I get rid of the purple, it doesn't leave much more then a greyscale, and changing the hue towards blue doesn't seem to help either.

Wouldn't it look good in greyscale, though? What kind of tint are you looking for?

It's just that I went to some length to use an IR filter for this shot, making it grayscale would seem a bit counter productive. I could just reduce the saturation, which aught to improve it.
