The background and human part of this picture are gourgeous. As others have pointed out, she does seem to be missing her nipples, though.
One rather large problem area of then picture, is however the horse part. In fact, it's so wrong, that I'm in doubt if you made the front legs looks partly like human legs on purpose. As it is right now, the back legs looks somewhat correct, the front legs are downright deformed, and the body looks like it has no logical ribcase, being far too small, leaving room for the organs, and going into the body around the left front leg.
You obviously know how to make some really great detailed art, taking the rest of the image into consideration. I really think you could benefit considerably from looking up references, when drawing something you don't usually do. Horse anatomy is extremely hard to get correct, so it's generally a very good idea to use either real life references or photo references for basic anatomy guidelines on horse images.

Thanks for the comment very much! !
Actually, my friends have told me that do not only draw what you like or familiar pose many times...
In this case, I think the "human leg" is the biggest problem. I have look some references, so the back leg are correct like you say, but the front legs are still looks like human's.

Thanks again, I have to face this problem seriously, really : P

A basic tip when drawing animals, actually is to remember, that the front legs of an animal can be compared to a human's arms. The knee of the animal front leg is what on humans is the wrist.
The back legs on four-legged mammals have a "knee bending backwards" (the hock) which actually is comparable to the human heel.

Like you also have noticed here, the biggest problem in this case is putting human leg anatomy down over the horse's front legs. I can however see how it could happen while drawing a centaur.

Pretty good job. The horse part looks a bit disproportional to her human half.

The nips could be just into the shirt, but the horse body looks a tad small.

That shirt is too high to cover the nipples... They are missing. o.o But otherwise it's pretty much flawless.
