First problem, is that I see your going for a sad woman so when your sad you dont stick your tongue out you only stick your tounge out too insult someone so add another person for the woman too mock while being sad or remove the tounge. Second problem,is the mouth and the fact that theres a big opening in it. The background is red and the colour in the woman's mouth is red meaning theres a opening in the woman's mouth, same for the eyes, you do have a hole in your eyes but it doesn't leave the back if the head unless this person can see out which would mean there a parent mocking there son meaning that child protective services were there and shes sad that there taking her kid so you should add some cage bars for th prison that she will be in after abusing her child.
