You know, I really like its markings-- they compliment the shape and flow of the body; which appears to have both amphibious and reptillian characteristics.
However... I'm not sure how many legs this thing has! More than four, right?

I would have to agree with both things Zippo just said, but seriously, Pokemon character design needs a kick in the ass. It's becoming so uninspired that maybe you're the one to do it.
